Yeşilyurt Port in Samsun, one of the most important port facilities in Turkey with its modern equipment, participated once more to the International Logitrans Transport and Logistics Exhibition held this year.

Regarded as one of the most important meeting events of the logistics sector, Logitrans Transport and Logistics Exhibition was held in Istanbul Expo Centre on 14-16 November 2018. International companies exhibited their wide product range and services, including logistics, telematics and transportation value chain, in the fair organized in 2 halls of 10.000 m2 in total. Yeşilyurt Port was featured at Stand no. 301 at Hall no. 9 in the exhibition. 136 companies from 20 countries including Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Belgium, and more than 14.000 visitors from more than 50 countries participated the exhibition. Enjoying the participation of representatives of sea, air, road and railway transporters, main themes of the Logitrans Logistics Exhibition were ports, intermodal transportation, and environmentally conscious and sustainable logistics models. Leading global port authorities and maritime companies have shown great interest to the exhibition.

This was the 8th time that Samsun Yeşilyurt Port Operations participated the Logitrans Exhibition which was held for the 12th time this year. Yeşilyurt Port continued to present itself to national and international sector representatives through its stand of this year. Yeşilyurt Port aims to promote itself and to meet new clients in the global logistics market by taking part in international events. Yeşilyurt Port indicated that they observed the solutions for the logistics needs of relevant stakeholders, and that they gathered important data. Yeşilyurt Port indicated that the exhibition contributes greatly to the accumulation of know-how, to the exchange of views, and to the improvement of efficiency in the sector.
